It's becoming hot in Queensland! At France Gourmet, our bikini looks great but our belly not so much... It's time to try to eat as healthy as we can at least once a week! We created the French Healthy Day Challenge at the office. It's simple: We created a menu that we all have to follow every Friday for 3 months. 1- Healthy Breakfast
No croissant, no baguette, no pain au chocolat, no white bread on Friday morning. The France Gourmet team starts its Friday with some Organic Whole Grain RYE bread with vegemite (yes, we do love Vegemite!) or avocado. A large coffee and go, we are ready to drive to work!

2- Healthy Lunch
1pm, it's time for us to have lunch all together. We've chosen to eat some vegetarian organic galette with goat cheese and honey with some brown rice. So easy to microwave and really yummy.

3- Healthy Tea Time snacks
At 4pm in France it's time for goûter, which is your tea time in Australia. It's usually for children, but at France Gourmet, when it's related to food, children or adults, we can't miss it! Children usually eat chocolate with bread, but it is possible to eat healthy snacks for your goûter. We have chosen to eat some Fig and Wheat Bran biscuits.

4- Healthy Dinner
We can't eat dinner together unfortunately but we trust each other: no cheat meal! Everyone has to eat natural grains of wheat with some chicken and vegetables. Ready in 10 minutes, perfect after a long day at work.
