Labeyrie duck confit is made respecting the grand traditions of gastronomy from the South-West of France.

This product, prepared in duck fat, captures all the aromas, taste and tenderness of this delicate meat.

Tip: how to cook duck confit in the oven 
- Preheat the oven at 180°C (th.6),
- Take out the legs from their packaging and place the legs on a adequate plate,
- Warm up the legs during 15 minutes without revert them.
