What you need :
- 250g chestnuts
- 125g carrots, peeled and cut in squares
- 15g butter
- 60ml chicken broth
- 180g white sliced asparagus
- 30g chive leaves
How to cook :
Step 2 : In a sauce pan, let the carrots and butter melt together. Add the chicken broth and let everything slowly simmer. Add the whole chestnuts and the crushed ones. Let reduce until it is wet while mixing.
Step 3 : Shut off the heat. Add chives and asparagus. Season with salt and pepper.
