Step 1 : Pan the oignon with slow heat and a drop of olive oil. Let them melt. When they are cook enough, add the potatoes, bacon and the glass of wine. Cook everything up until the potatoes turn gold.
Step 2 : Cut in two the Reblochon. Pre-heat your oven at 200°C. In a big dish, put all the potato mixture. Put the two parts of Reblochon on top. Put everything in the oven for 20 minutes. When the cheese is well melted, it is ready.
